Poor Customer Service & Mediocre Pizza – On our last visit to Pasquini's in the Highlands, we received exceptionally poor customer service. Waiter was rude and inattentive. The pizza was cold and the crust was like cardboard. Also, the last time I ordered take out, I got someone else's order, and realized it when we got home and were starving. Very annoying!! I am not going back to this restaurant or ordering anything take out again.
smell of restroom – we went to valentines dinner last night and got seated behind the bar horrible every time someone walked by they whirled the air of the backed up bathroom upon our table it was the worst dining experience, service really sucked not once did the waitress come to ask if everything was ok the food was undercooked and bland, no love in the place just people running around pretending to do something so you wont bother
This place is so bad. Everything is terrible. – I have tried Pasquinis for my last time. This place is just terrible. If you want good pizza go down to Protos. I had a bloody mary that tasted like it had a cup of sugar in it, not sure why but it was weird. I know everybody has their own bloody mary style but never have I had one this gross. Then I got a pizzeta with portabellos and prosciutto. Again it was terrible. I usually like everything, I am not picky but I am done with Pasquinis completely now.
