I needed to get an MRI but couldn't due to my claustrophobia and my anxiety. After my sessions with Tony I got my MRI without any problem. Tony was easy to talk to. His sessions and techniques are soothing and have helped me with my anxiety and stress. I receive many comments from friends and family who have noticed my new more calm and confident self. I recommend Tony for hypnosis and hypnotherapy. I am very satisfied. 👍

I avoided having my blood drawn for eight years due to extreme fear, passing out, and terrible anxiety. After working with Tony, I was able to schedule my blood draw, drive to the appointment, and calmly sit while the nurse drew my blood. I had no anxiety or nightmares the night before. I was a regular cigarette smoker for about 20 years. I wanted to stop, but I couldn’t do it alone. Someone told me about Tony Longobardi so I looked into it and decided to give it a try. Wow, Tony is the real thing. I walked in doubting hypnosis could do much, but after an intro session and 3 or 4 follow-up's, I don't get anxiety when driving, I can handle tough situations confidently and I feel a sense of peace with myself. No gimmicks, just solid guidance that rewired my mindset. If you’re stuck in your head, this is the spot to get unstuck. 5 stars, hands down.
