I visited Tony Lama Boots recently, and overall the experience was okay. The store was nice. Unfortunately, my experience changed while I was looking at the wallets near the front entrance. An employee repeatedly said, "Aguas," to another employee while pointing me out. He said it loudly enough that I and other customers could clearly hear it.
