The reviews don not lie, the staff is very helpful and answered all our questions. The store was empty when we arrived but quickly was filled to capacity. The two gentleman helping on the sales floor were coming and going and never once did they see to be stressed, great employees and very very informative about boot selection and styles. We ended up buying three pairs since our kids wanted boots for Christmas this year.
