I needed an estimate for some work. They did so.
Andy Ferguson was very pleasant to deal with. He took the time to look over my car and resolved the issues. I highly recommend this centre as they are professional and highly trained. Thanks again so much!!!!
Had the bumper on my lexus repainted and from start to finish the process was amazing. Thanks to Tosha who went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Anything I brought up was taken serious and addressed almost immediately. Could not have asked for a better experience.
I responded to their 1st estimate right away. They claimed they never received it. After I brought my car in they damaged my driver side door then showed my a blurry photo of a water spot and claimed that was the scratch. They said they would send a new estimate to address the new damage they did, yet nothing came. I won't be returning to Tony Graham despite the great service I received in the past at their Hunt Club location.
I received excellent service from the moment I met Bill Phair. I cannot say enough for the great body work done on my car in a very timely manner. Bill responded to my e-mails promptly and with great satisfaction. Thank you to Julie at the front desk for explaining everything in detail and good service. I would totally recommend tony graham collision centre! Thank you for amazing service!
