I provided all the necessary insurance documents and left multiple messages, but after waiting over a week without any response or follow-up to schedule my truck repair, I had to take my business elsewhere. The lack of communication was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this collision center based on my experience.
I highly recommend this establishment. They're professional and friendly. They keep you in the loop all along the way and are great to deal with. I had my bumper replaced and the work they did looks absolutely flawless. Thank you so much.
They repaired accident damage on my car several years ago now. The work was poor and I had to go back. A door didn't close property, a panel was misaligned and there were some paint issues. A rust spot appeared a couple of years ago, on one door that they repaired and repainted. I still can't believe they gave me the car back with those errors, assuming it was all good. Shoddy work.
Andy Ferguson, the Manager, and his team, are the Best! When I went in for quote, I met with Andy and he talked me through the process and how they could best help me. Andy then introduced me to an advisor, Tosha, who gave me a quote and kept in touch about the status of my vehicle. They exceeded my expectations!
