Awful customer service and a very frustrating experience. I understand that there is currently no fix yet for the battery recall on my Jeep, but I am nearing the end of my lease and was offered absolutely no solutions or assistance. I was hoping to at least explore options to move into another vehicle without ongoing electrical or battery concerns, but no effort was made to help. I have brought this vehicle in multiple times for recalls as well as an electrical issue, and this 4xe Wrangler has been a total nightmare to own. ... read more
You should thoroughly read the lease agreement. They put in a provision that if I wanted to buy my leased jeep then I would have to pay their predetermined value, which is several thousand over the Kelley Blue Book value of the Jeep PLUS A PURCHASE OPTION FEE OF $7,500, WHICH IS USUALLY ONLY A FEW HUNDRED. They are so despicable in my eyes that I am sick to my stomach that I ever did business with them. BEWARE!!
