I'm new to Dr. Dobija, just had my second visit, and I thought the visit went quite well. I had some lab values that were out of range and he called several times to speak with me about a plan moving forward. I was comforted by the fact that he was paying attention and took the time to call me.
Everyone was friendly and professional
I honestly felt like he didn't care and just wanted to get through it.
Dr. Dobija: "Calling patients is a waste of my time". This guy doesn't care. It's really unfortunate to see doctors who just want to churn through as many patients per day as possible, without really thinking about each patient as an individual. There are so many mechanisms to help stay in contact with patients, from MAs and secretaries to automated calling / texting / email reminders that go a long ways for patient management and support.
