Very slow oil changes and tire rotations. I had an appointment at 9am in the morning. Didn't get my vehicle back till 10:30 am. I don't understand when I have an appointment why my vehicle isn't immediately taken into a bay. I also told them I wanted the emissions test done at same time when I made the appointment. When I got there they told be that would be 2-3 hours because a "real" mechanic has to do that. So I made and appointment somewhere else and had the emissions done in 10 minutes. Christian Romero provided me excellent service by setting up a ride to and from work while my car was serviced. It’s nice that they provide an Uber that picks you up right away to take you where you need to go rather than having to get on a ride with other customers which takes you a long time to get to your home or work. Tony Divino Toyota service is fantastic! I love that they have the latest technology to help make sure my car is running at its peak performance! In no time at all, they had it figured out on exactly what I needed. At no time did I fill any pressure with any “recommendations“ that were given to me. I truly felt that they were offered to make my driving experience the best it can be and with no pressure to buy. Thank you for keeping my vehicles running great and can’t recommend you enough!

If you don’t mind receiving your vehicle with missing bolts and no assurance that what you paid for was done correctly then this is the place to go. Every time I’ve gone to this Toyota for simple maintenance like an oil change I receive my truck with missing bolts, just because Toyota designed a hard to reach bolt configuration does not mean you can just leave it off. What a joke!!
