Always fast, friendly and professional.
The service department is very frustrating. I had an appointment at 9:30 AM. I was there right on time. At 11 AM I checked with my service technician and they had not even taken my car back to get started. She claimed they had a sick call. Ironically, the last time I waited for service, they gave me the same excuse for having to wait so long. After she claimed it would be 30 more minutes to take my car back on top of what time it would take to do my service I left and went to Jiffy Lube. I would love to have my Toyota servic... read more
