Gisele was very pleasant to work with.
The employees are very kind and knowledgeable but the price is definitely higher than other places. In addition, the last two times I’ve brought my truck in for just an oil change and tire rotation, I’ve been there over two hours. This time, I’d been there two and a half hours and finally asked someone. My truck was done and out in the parking lot and no one told me. It just seems like they schedule more than they can handle.
We were passing through and pre-scheduled with them to get a bunch of maintenance done. Jorge understood our need of getting the maintenance done the same day since we had no other means of transportation. Thank you for your good work and understanding.
We are always satisfied with the service we have received from Tony Divino. However it seems that the individual helping us forgets to let us know when the service has been completed. Our situation is such that we have to wait for the service to be done. It’s very frustrating to be waiting longer than we need to.
