I told them when they raised my price for no reason to cancel the insurance then after I talked to a agent 3 times and promised they would take care of it I was charged for 4 months insurance on 3 cars supposedly to cancel it must be written which in the 3 times I talked to agent was never told to me so tho they do shop your price around when you decide to leave make sure they dont keep charging you because you cant trust the agents to do what they say and they did the excact same thing to another family member so this isn't... read more
