Never in my years of working in healthcare have I come across a network, whose physicians and doctors are so inconsiderate, condescending and passive. I had an appointment with Dr. Chen and within the first five minutes of my appointment… I knew that he was the wrong doctor to handle my case. Dr. Chen belittled and discredited the optometrist I saw (mentioned outside provider) that recommended that I were to correct my retina detachment hole, before it starts detaching. My mom had an appt with Dr.Chen, she had to get a intravitreal injection. My mom was in pain & the Dr was confused on her pain. He made it sound impossible to have pain after being injected. He sounds inconsiderate from the story my mom told me & I had to share.
