I cannot speak highly enough of Tony and his team. My elderly mother had a problem with her HWS where she had no hot water for two days. Once I rang Tony he was there within 45 minutes to inspect the unit and determine what the problem was. He assigned Brody from his team to carry out the repairs later that morning and by 11am the issue was fixed. By night fall hot water was flowing again.
