I had a fire at my condominium upstairs that I put out on 2011. My place was totaled and the person on top of me had a half of cup of, while my place was totaled. We pay condo fees and not cheep. I moved out for almost 2 yrs so the HOA can completely remodeled her place where she didn't get any damage at all!!!! You'd think the insurance company would be curious where the money of is going.
