Our upstairs AC unit experienced a plugged condensation drain line one day before we were scheduled to go out of town on vacation. This happened after business hours so I left a message on the Tony Beck answering machine. There was a crew here the next morning and they fixed the problem and our vacation was saved. Awesome response. Great people to do business with.
Rafael was our technician and was fantastic! Kind, thorough, knowledgeable and showed me the issue. Reasonable pricing and totally worth it. Customer service was above and beyond and I sure was grateful!
06/05/25 Tony Beck HAVC performed an annual maintenance check for both units. Washed both units/new filters & tune up. Rafael was very professional. Tony Beck installed the original HAVC in 1980 and has performed annual maintenance every year. Best HAVC contractor in Gwinnett county area. Originally they stalled 2 units in my new house in 1981/1982. They are the only one to service units and replaced in 2008. Employees are very professional, on time and explain everything. We needed replacement of two systems. Tony Beck upgraded our us to Lennox. Our electric bill dropped by about 20% yet we have a more comfortable home. The price was better than three competitors .
Rheem AC Unit went out after 20 years. I called around collecting multiple quotes for a new system. Beck won the business with their swift response and willingness to work with us. Jake & Nash came out to install the new furnace and AC unit. They were prompt, professional, respectful and worked hard (in the rain) to get the job done in a timely fashion.
