Went here awhile ago for oil change, and had appt for 4pm and was turned down when I arrived at 4:05 because they said they were closing up shop, and starting to clean/remove oil etc. So it was too late to begin work on my car. The issue mainly is I called them at 3:45 and left work 90 mins early, and they said it was ok as I was pulling out of the work parking lot.
