This was a FRAUD! I am by all means giving this place a NEGATIVE rating. It was very bad. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any auto repair shop. I was charged the labor cost and the parts neither with clear explanation nor with my consent. Save yourself time and money. Stay away from this place! If I could give 0 starts, I would. I called in and asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge and the person that picked the phone said "I'm so busy, don't bother me" and hung up, without knowing who I was or why I was calling, and after looking at the reviews, seems like it is normal practice for her to be this rude
