A friend from Chico was recommended by the neighbor of a friend of mine in Oakland to take his car to Tony some years ago when he was in the East Bay and it "broke down." I brought my Mercedes in to get the window switch looked at. Tony said, "Leave it here for a couple hours. We will be done figuring it out soon and will call you." No call, I called, he said they hadn't gotten around to looking at it yet. Tomorrow morning they would, by 11 am. Noon rolls around, no call. I called. Nothing done. Finally 24 hour later I go down.
