I recently had my car serviced at Tony Allen Auto Service. They were on time and the price they quoted was on point. I'm pleased with the work done. My coffee cup holder was adjusted too. Good job.
Have had two services done here and highly recommend the team. I am always wary being a female going to get services that I will be sold unnecessary repairs (this has happened elsewhere) but both times there has been a minor addition to the service and they have rung to clear before actioning. Great comms and friendly service at the desk too.
Got some work done there two years ago and the traction control light has been on since. Didn't think it was a big deal and ment to go in back but didn't. Now the cars failed its wof cause the lights on. They have no record of work, that got done on the car.
Beware! They charge like a wounded bull and give the industry a bad name. I’ve always had my reservations with mechanics as it’s hard to find ones who are honest and ones you can trust. I thought this company were different but they soon proved to be just like the rest. Beware, they’ll look after you the first time, then txt you for a reminder service or wof and shaft you on the next one! I’m a strong believer in Karma and you’ll get what’s coming your way!!
I took my car in and they supposedly fixed the issue and found out a 1 day later from the tyre fix, it wasn't fixed at all and was charged for incompetence of fixing the tire again. Poor quality workmanship
