Showed up right when we decided, phoning 10 min before arrival. Gave accurate estimate before work. After finding job a bit more complicated because how corroded the ancient plumbing was (he had to saw off the old valve to replace) the price didn't change. He bought the parts and gave me the receipt. Very professional and pleasant. Highly recommend.
