I’ve had a multiple osteopathic sessions with Hailey Kindt and I must say, she is very good at what she does! Hailey took the time to listen carefully to concerns, and asks thoughtful questions to explain everything clearly so I understood what was happening with my lower back. The most down to earth/organic if you will, friendly feels home kinda place, professional staff super knowledgeable..... Make you feel at ease. Highly recommend and local business on Commercial drive. Ps been to similar places never went back truly felt like a number....and unheard! Here they really listen to you and your concerns.
I've seen a number of healthcare practitioners at Tonume since summer 2023, including Gaelan & Morgyn for chiro & Allison for massage. I've always felt extremely well-supported & sessions are reliably on time (sometimes even early if I am). Never more than a couple of minutes late. All of the practitioners I've seen have well-organized caseloads so they only work with 1 client at a time & provide you the full length of the service, without rushing. I cams in to see Zach for some shoulder and knee issues because they were slowing my workout progress, i saw immediate and lasting change even after the first session. I had physio or chiropractor sessions elsewhere but the adjustments only last for 5 minutes but i actually saw improvement in my range of motion after a couple of sessions. I highly recommend consulting Zach regarding any physical restrictions.
