I love this place. Everyone, from the front desk to the practitioners, are wonderful. It is 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly and informed which is important to me and I’ve never felt like they body-shame or are judgemental in other ways. I mostly see Jamie (RMT) & Dr. Gaelen (chiro) who are the best (imho)! It is wheelchair accessible but only from the front entrance, the back (via parking has a small step), so if you park there, make sure to tell the staff to keep the gate open so you can go via the sidewalk to the front entrance.
Everyone at Tonume is skilled and good listeners. I've had massage, physiotherapy, kinesiology, and acupuncture done here and never had a bad experience.
My boss recommended this place and I'm certainly glad she did. I've been coming here for almost 2 years and it's pretty cool.
I'm a patient with Heidi Gray. I'm not comfortable with sharing. Frankly I wasn't optimistic about the discussion. Upon meeting her my discomfort was immediately dissipated. I'm not a person who is taken to people right away. I felt at ease sharing. I completely felt like I truly helped myself after talking to her. I am so so grateful for her knowledge. 10/10 Highly highly recommend.
