He ruined my life...
I am permanently disabled following 6 fusions. I have implanted a spinal stimulator ($125k) for pain control. This "doctor" who is NOT a neurologist, reviewed my records for The Hartford LTD claim review. He actually wrote that because I was not taking increased dosage or frequency of opiods or a different med, I was not in pain Guess Ortho "docs" don't know what spinal stimulators are for?
