These rich developers tried to sue to stop the construction of public bathrooms in the city. Their callous and unconscionable protest was thrown out of court, but it still stands that they're terrible people.
I am not sure I could have envisioned a more attentive, thoughtful and easier to work with organization. Lauren specifically has been simply incredible. We leased a property on Pearl for 2 years and they were so on top of anything that came up. Proactive regarding their space. Top notch design, finishes and fixtures. Thank you for always making me feel like I was your only tenant even though I know you have so many properties to manage.
These people are awful! Worst experience I've had with landlords. This was so traumatic that we went out and bought our own office space. Imagine growing your business for seven year at a location and without warning or cause asked to leave 30 days before your renewal. 7 years of no issues and a fortune to renovate their space and then asked to leave because someone else offered them to rent out the whole building.
