I followed Danielle Poirier from her past office to here and I can't recommend her enough. She is by far one of the kindess, most caring dentist and professional I have seen. She always welcome you with a smile and cares deeply about her patient. I had bad experiences with other dentist office before which lead me to have a bit of a PTSD and being easely scared of pain. Je tiens à dire que du positif de la clinique dentaire Ton sourire, ça fait quelques années que je suis cliente, et je suis impressionnée de l’expertise de ma dentiste Charlotte Kemp et ainsi de celle de toute son équipe, de la réception aux hygiénistes et assistantes, elles sont toutes aussi bonnes et professionnelles les unes que les autres. Très recommandé. Mon expérience avec l'équipe de la Dr. Kemp et l'hygiéniste Fanny a été toujours excellente! Fanny est formidable, elle prend le temps de tout d'expliquer et répondre aux questions des patients.
It's not the first time to meet such an Invisible Extra Payment which is not tell the patient in advance. Our whole family will never be there again! Very bad experience! We called the appointment only for an exam for my little daughter, and we emphasised no cleaning for her. But in fact, the assistant was very weird, she did not say anything the whole time and did the cleaning for the baby without asking anyone.
