Room was sufficient, service was great, drinks at the check-in desk was a nice surprise, hot tubs were great, thankful for the air conditioning, great location, wish the pool and fitness room were open before 9am.
Amazing stay! Clean rooms, huge and comfy beds, friendly staff, great laundry facilities, and the hot tub and sauna were perfect for relaxing. Maricel at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming, and we even got a complimentary room upgrade!
We stayed 2 times at Tonquin lnn in the last 30 days, the stuff and manager were friendly and helpful, they showed outstanding customer service. Jennifer helped us to solve an issue regarding to our reservation. Thank you for the amazing experience we had at your hotel
Stayed two nights. We enjoyed the trip and the room was always a treat to come back to and relax. Our check in was the smoothest most efficient check in I have ever had. All the staff we came across were pleasant. Appreciated the pools.
