I recently had septic system converted to mains sewerage. I cannot speak highly enough to of the boys at Tonon. The communication was second to none. From the first contact with Rowan. He gave me a fully itemised quote, kept me in the loop the whole time and handled all the council council paperwork Ben ,the owner called me the night before to let me know the boys would be an hour late. Great work by Tonon plumbing again. We had a leak and Kyle found it effectively and isolated it. They arrived on time and we had updates to where they were. Very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone!! Awesome 🙌🏽

I believe this charge is excessive, especially as no quotation was provided before the work commenced. Your technician advised that the job would not cost much, and based on that, I agreed to proceed. For comparison, my previous gas work—including hot water connection and gas cooker installation—cost around $1,400. This job involved only replacing existing pipes and minor concrete work, yet the cost is significantly higher. Had I been provided with a quotation beforehand, I would not have approved the work. Tonon plumbing came out to issue a new gas certificate for my dog trailer. They were polite, friendly and lovely to deal with. Highly recommend their service. Thank-you!
