Wow! Plain and simple. David was amazing and puts customer service first and foremost. I had bought a Bakflip tonneau cover back in 2019 and had to replace the d clips and some rubber pads. While vacationing in Daytona from Canada I dropped in to see if he had the parts in stock. David dropped what he was working on....searched his shop. He then comes out to the truck and starts replacing the straps and rubber pads. Not what I was expecting. David then said....have a great vacation! I called David before I made the drive down from Flagler Beach. He informed me of product and price, did some additional research for me, and ordered a tonneau cover for a 96 Ford Ranger. It came in when he said it would,and installed it on the day we planned,while I had breakfast at Hannah's Diner nearby.
