Despite numerous attempts to contact Tonna since Dec 18, our newly installed HVAC system remains un-operational peak summer. No emergency service available whilst this company enjoys their holiday break, meanwhile my 3yo & 6yo kids are sweating in 30°C+ heat. According to Tonna's voicemail, we have to wait until Jan 13 before we can book a service. Meanwhile no emergency tradesmen will look at our system because it's under warranty. What a disgrace!
We had a terrible experience with this company installing a Brivis heater / cooler system during a renovation. Despite numerous attempts to get a number of faults rectified, in the end despite our polite attempts, Tonna simply ignored us. I would strongly suggest an alternative provider.

After contacting this company Shane designed a system for me, I could tell he had a lot of experience in the industry.Then Daniel and his team of installers were great to work with, installing my system with a high degree of professionalism.Maria in the office then arranged all the paperwork.I will highly recommend Tonna heating and cooling to my friends and family.
