Took my car in for a transmission service, and possibly some warranty suspension work. Bought this car from this location a few months back. Took my car to the ron tonking on 122nd since it was closer to me. What a mistake. Grant at gresham honda service was amazing. Even went to bat for me when the extended warranty would not cover my rear shocks. Had an amazing experience, and Grant went way beyond expectations to make up for the other locations mistakes. I took my car in for a routine oil change and check-up at 6 months. The service department was friendly and kept me informed via text as to when I could expect them to be done. Meanwhile, I enjoyed their customer coffee bar and lounge area. I hadn't realized they would also be rotating my tires, but that was a nice bonus.
