I ordered three bikes from there this past week, took delivery of two of them. This brings my total to four in the last 12 months. One mile into our first ride last night the handlebars slipped out of the gooseneck. Seems assembly and post ride checks were missed. Let's hope they do better on the last one when it comes in and honor the quoted price.

Best customer service. I have the luxury of working next door at Dunn bro. Ride my bike in and the guys tune-up, fix-up while I work. Can't beat that!
