Tonita is a wonderful teacher very clear in her teaching. I was able to follow all her instructions without being confused. i have attended a lot of yoga classes with different yoga teachers but i found Tonitas instructions one of the best. She was very personable as well and put me at ease when i attended her class. I would recommend her to anyone seeking yoga instructions.
