Went here to have dinner with my son and it was closed down.
Online order scheduled for a 5pm pick up. Arrive at 5pm. There quite a bit of back and forth on if I had ordered online, showing my confirmation email, asking if I had the right location, date, etc. They finally found the order at 5:10pm. Gentleman in the kitchen said they missed seeing it. No apology. Told me they’ll work on it now. Around 5:40 the complete order was ready.
