Very bad experience with Tonio Lawyers. We went there with a lot of hope to discuss our PR visa pathway, but we felt very disappointed. From the beginning, tonio did not seem interested in our questions. At the start of the meeting, he went outside to smoke and then came back smelling strongly of smoke, which made us uncomfortable. I had an appointment at 1 p.m today and was let to meet tonio sir after 30-40 minutes. I got the advice for which I was but even after letting reception know it was my first consultations which was for like 10-15 minutes. I was charged 220$ which is very high.
We are extremely grateful for the guidance and support we received from Tonio and Shubham during our permanent residency process. Everything was handled with care, clarity and professionalism.
