We came in as a group of 7 (3 adults and 4 very tired kids). Staff was fabulous. Food was absolutely delicious! Stromboli top notch. Pittsburgh steak salad 🤤 Kids loved the calzone! We devoured the cannolis too! When we make our next trip to Hersheypark we will return!
Food is decent and cheap, and most of the staff is okay, but the ones that are bad....my god. I never thought I would have an employee make a "shooing" gesture after I picked up my food with an accompanying "go on". I almost stopped dead in my tracks to let him know loud and verbally at the restaurant, that that is never an acceptable thing to do to a customer. But I was in a hurry, so I opted to just give them a bad review. Train your staff better because that type of behavior is super disrespectful. Until this issue is fix... read more
