Horrible technique to bleach and color hair from the manager and “20 year experience” employee, got my hair ruined and looks 10000 colors but the one I actually asked for. Very expensive for the trash of work they did

Sabio has been cutting my hair for 36 years. Needless to say I am always pleased with the care and talent he puts into my styles. In addition to a great cut, he is personable and compassionate ensuring each customer is comfortable and has a very positive experience. Thank you Sabio, for taking care of my hair needs for so many years!

I had a 3 PM appointment today and when I arrived at 2:45 I was told by the front desk that the stylist had stepped out. Several times throughout my sitting waiting, he informed me the stylist was on her way back. At 3:05 PM the stylist still was not there. I removed the cape he gave me and took it back to the front desk and told him specifically I had been there since 2:45 for a 3 o’clock appointment. Worst haircut I’ve ever had. I have the largest chunk of hair missing from one side of my face, I have short layers above my ears when I asked for a long bob at shoulder length. I provided lots of pictures and it looks nothing like the pictures provided. I actually have to get extensions because so much of my hair was cut off it looks like a 3 yr old child that got a hold of scissors. And to top things off I immediately reached out to Tony and Guy and never received a response.
