I am in town from Orlando. I needed a haircut and called in the morning. I was in with Belinda by 11. They were very accommodating and helpful as to give me addresses as I do not know my way around. I told Belinda my concerns and what my goal for my haircut was. She nailed it, explained what she was doing and how she was going to achieve what I was looking for. To wrap this up. I am a hairdresser and my first place I worked was a Toni & Guy. Can not help myself if one is in the area and can get an OG haircut.

Teecy was very unprofessional, I asked for white blonde hair, my hair was lighter than this when i came in, she made me orange and did not let bleach sit long enough because she wanted me to come back and pay for another session. (what i am realizing now is that she just did not want to complete my hair because she wanted me to come back and pay again ) when the bleach could of been left in for the correct result i left with orange hair (worse than the hair i came in with) she let the bleach sit in my roots for 20 minutes an... read more

Update: To their credit, the salon reached out and offered me a complimentary haircut with styling. I was very specific about wanting to go to the Matlock location—and I am so glad I did! Over there, I met Jojo, who was professional, attentive, and did a fantastic job with my haircut. He listened to what I wanted, gave helpful suggestions, and made sure I walked out happy.
