I this is my second and last time to visit this Toni and Guy location. The first time we came here my daughter (age 12) had an appointment. The appointment went find and i scheduled a follow up appointment for today. When the salon called to confirm that appointment I asked that a second appointment be made for me. At this time I learned the "customer account" was in my daughter's name. I called and got an appointment right that day within 30 minutes. Crystal cut my hair and she was amazing. She does a really good job detail. Listen to what you need and give you advice as well. I really enjoyed her the best best place to get a Cut

The staff was helpful! I had Jenni cut my hair, she cut it wonderfully. I did go back to have it cut a little bit shorter since I wasn’t feeling the bottom layer too much—& the Second Lady who helped me (I forgot her name), was so nice and friendly. I apologized over and over for having to come back, but she reassured me that if for any reason anything is wrong with the cut to come back within 2 weeks and they’ll make it right! She was a sweetheart. I tipped her as well. Overall, great experience as a first timer

This location keeps up the tradition of great stylists and quality work. Norman did a great job on my men's hair style and put a plan in place to meet my style goal. Really appreciate the professionalism.

Devin is a color master! My former hairdresser kept putting red in my brown dye, so much so that my hair was predominantly red, not brown. I went to Devin yesterday for the first time and he said we have to go darker to fade the red, but in a few colorings, he'll get me back to my medium ashy brown. He listened to me, made a plan and I love that the red is gone - and although darker than I prefer, understand the plan!
