I had a poor experience when I called TONI&GUY to enquire about balayage pricing. When I asked about the cost for long hair, I was initially told to check the website. The person then quoted $375, while the website lists $325. When I asked for clarification, the response was dismissive - “oh so you knew the pricing” instead of a clear or helpful explanation. I had my first hair appointment in 1.5 years yesterday with Mia at this beautiful salon! I have never been able to find a hairdresser I was happy with (result and experience). However I had the most amazing experience with Mia. I got a wash, cut, blow dry and curls.
