Tonie is a skilled hair artist, also very caring and flexible. She took me in at the last minute today, making space for me in between two appointments on a day that her day was packed. I had erroneously made an appointment with a Salon with a similar name and logo, in not New Braunfels but in Nebraska! I came to this salon asking for partial highlights to brighten the blonde on top of my head and around my face, along with a root tap to blend in some grays. I ended up with full head of dark color applied to all my regrowth for 2 plus hours—something I never asked for. The attempt at highlights only covered up the blonde I actually liked, and didn’t even tone the copper pieces I had specifically asked to address in the front.
