Dr. Catherine Chu was amazing. I had dexa scan done by her. She explained the results with me in detail. Would give her 5 stats. Just a suggestion to the spa owners and management to have the address updated. It should mention that it is located inside S&T, and that it is inside 'Well'
Had a Dexa scan at Sweat & Tonic to track progress with training. Dr Chu was friendly and shared an abundance of knowledge and detail in the review and interpretation of the results.
Kelly is a miracle worker! The deep tissue massage she provided was an absolute game changer for my back after giving birth 6 months ago. She is so kind and lovely and listens to what you’re looking to work on. She is intuitive to your body’s needs while working on you and you leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
I had the best massage with Nicole! Highly recommend her as my experience was very informative, and I felt like a lot of my tension way released. Everyone working here was kind and I booked another appointment in a few weeks, they also have a pool in a dark aesthetic, very calming vibes
Went here to do a DEXA scan and it was such a good experience! Super quick and thorough, and Dr. Catherine Chu was amazing! Went through the whole document afterwards and explained everything, also gave me recommendations on posture and where to focus my efforts on excercise. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend Dr. Chu
