I’ve lived all over the country and have used salons in 14 States. By far, Mo does superior work. I’ve been awed that she not only opened a second location but teaches the craft to others. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Very awkward experience. No sense of humor or personality, very few words. This is also a school? Customer service in your industry should be a top priority! At halfway through my procedure I began counting the "sniffs", realizing she was sick. 31 sniffs, x's 2!!!! And breathing in my face. In the couple words she did say, her husband is sick 😫. Great. I have had a lash lift , eyebrow wax and false lashes put on and she does amazing work! Listens to what you want and it's a very relaxing environment.

Samantha tinted and laminated my brows and tinted and lifted my lashes. She did super great. Beautiful shape result for the brows. She was super sweet and I was able to be honest with her about what I liked or didn’t like until we got the result I wanted. I will say that I hope the Tonic Beauty Lounge will get some lighter shades of tint so it can better match what blondes/redheads might be going for. But overall great experience, Samantha was amazing.
