Staff was horrible and they have horrible communication. I do not recommend
I just called to try to make an appointment and was talked over and spoken to like I was a child by whoever answered the phone. I can't believe how rude this woman was as a receptionist. She should find a job in a different field if she can't handle being polite while talking to a prospective patient. We won't be seeing this provider.
I've been seeing Dr Murphy for 25 years and I highly recommend her to anyone. She has been a lifesaver and lifeline for me through the years. She's very thorough and always listens to my questions and concerns. I've been a diabetic for 53 years and Dr Murphy is one of my most favorite caretakers in the years. I wouldn't want anyone else caring for me and my condition.
The receptionist gives your results (well it's not in the Red, as I complained about my level) the PA doesn't read your results enough to care OR call you back (even if you called 7x in 2 weeks) The doctor is rude. Everyone is rude. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!
