I used to see dr. King when she was at saint Thomas. I loved her at first but most of the appointments were her talking about her kids. I had numerous issues with getting prescriptions when needed. I ultimately left her practice.
Not accepting new patients. I guess I’ll have to drive 50 minutes away for the nearest one.
Dr. Toni King is the best !! I have had type 1 diabetes for 55 years she has been my doctor for the majority of that time. I thank God I don't have any serious issues, The reason is Toni she straighten me our years ago ! I owe her my life for her treatment If that does't say something about her care nothing does !!!
I started seeing Dr. King over a year ago, she has always given me a lot of time, a great listener and has a caring bedside manner. She has gone out of her way patiently to help me with my Diabetes, and I think she is one of the best Doctors I have ever met. I enjoy my visits with her and all the help she has provided to help me get my Diabetes under control. She is truly one of the last in her profession that still believes in patient first. Thank you for all the care and help you have given me in my struggle with Diabetes.
Unsatisfied, I missed an appointment due to my son being sick and they would not refill my prescription until I came to the office 3 months later and I was already almost out of medication. My son ended up being diagnosed with T1D . I already have a lot to deal with so kindness and understanding would have helped greatly . I was unhappy with their performance to help me with my urgent refill and willing to navigate through this issue. I will be searching for a new endocrinologist.
