Dr Adams is a caring and understanding doctor. She gets to know her patients individually and caters to them. My health has improved with Dr Adams suggestions. Dr Adams is a keeper.
Dr. Adams is one of the best doctors I have ever had! However, my experience with Melissa, the woman that works the front desk was horrendous. I was late getting to my appointment due to an accident that happened on my way to the office. When I walked in Melissa just said to me "You are late so you have to reschedule." When I tried to explain why I was late her reply was "That's not our fault now was it?" She was extremely rude and condescending.
