Dr. Hero is very compassionate. I had come from another clinic where that doctor would change my meds or treatment plans everytime a specialist added or subtracted something. It was like professional jealousy. So in the five years I've been with Dr. Hero, I find her to be fair, and she works as a team with specialists. She even took the time to address a skin issue I'd had since the 80's. Many doctors saw this over the years, but only Dr. Hero took it upon herself to excise it. I am very grateful to her for that.

Dr Hero and her entire staff are fantastic. The minute you walk into the door you feel like part of the family. Dr. Hero is so very thorough and I love the way she takes the time to explain and makes sure I understand what’s going on in body. I never feel like she’s in a big hurry, only that I’m the important one at that moment. When I have needed to see a doctor and she wasn’t in, the scheduling dept would get me in to another one of their great doctors quickly. I feel very confident having her care for me!
It is my complete pleasure to give this doctor 1 star. I went to her years ago in pain and only 11 years old. Instead of doing any tests she pulled my mom aside and told her I was a hypochondriac. I have kidney disease, and fibromyalgia. I hope she loses her license for her laziness.
