It’s taken me a long time to build up the courage to write this. I won’t be sharing many details, but my experience with Dr. Falcone caused significant emotional harm that I am still struggling with years later. The incompetence, inappropriate behavior, and lasting impact of this experience were deeply damaging to me. I debated posting this because I never wanted to harm anyone, but speaking up feels necessary for my own healing. My only goal here is to prevent others from enduring the emotional pain and damage that I did.

It's apparent when speaking with Dr. Toni that she is truly paying attention to what is being said. Her warmth and compassion come across right away which allow her clients to feel comfortable and at ease from the start.
