I had a huge thyroid nodule for many years and finally decided to have surgery. The surgery of removing left thyroid was performed by Dr Toni Beninato in early September in Robert wood Johnson Hospital. Dr Beninato is a great surgeon and I even didn’t need the pain medication after the surgery. No damage to my vocal cords. Now the scar is almost invisible. Thank you Dr Beninato and the team

Update: Dr. Toni Beninato performed an AMAZING thyroidectomy which is not visible to the naked eye. Dr. Beninato was caring, explained the procedure and has outstanding bedside manners. Dr. Beninato performed parathyroid surgery on me June 10th, 2024. I had gone to see her earlier in the year and she explained in a very understandable way just what was wrong and what the benefits of a parathyroidectomy would be. The surgery was just what I needed to bring my numbers back to where they should be and hopefully will help in reducing my osteoporosis.
