I had a huge thyroid nodule for many years and finally decided to have surgery. The surgery of removing left thyroid was performed by Dr Toni Beninato in early September in Robert wood Johnson Hospital. Dr Beninato is a great surgeon and I even didn’t need the pain medication after the surgery. No damage to my vocal cords. Now the scar is almost invisible. Thank you Dr Beninato and the team
THYROIDectomy. I waited several years before having my left thyroid removed, because I was afraid of the scar it would possibly leave. Update: Dr. Toni Beninato performed an AMAZING thyroidectomy which is not visible to the naked eye. Dr. Beninato was caring, explained the procedure and has outstanding bedside manners.
