My appointment with Joseff Williams yesterday was, from start to finish absolutely first class. I was kept informed about the best treatment and after care throughout the appointment with lots of sound advice for the future. Strange to say but a very pleasant visit to the dentist!! Not very common to hear that someone looks forward to going to the dentist but Harriett makes a hygienist session more enjoyable. Extremely competent and professional added to a lovely personality.
I contacted Ton Dental as an emergency as I had terrible pain and swelling on my jaw/side of my face. They were very accommodating and squeezed me in the same day. Ended up with antibiotics to treat an infected saliva gland. So grateful to them for their kindness and compassion when I was in so much pain.
Today I had appointment with Joe, he took time to explain the treatment. I've always been nervous of the dentist but he quickly put me at ease. Thank you Joe and his lovely assistant Rachel.
