Amelia and Dr Persuad were incredible to work with. Our baby girl was tongue tied and they were able to help her before she turned 4 weeks old. Amelia’s therapy was something we looked forward to as it was so helpful. She’s latching and already gaining weight after a tough run in the beginning. Thank you again!
My initial consult with the therapist Stefani was great. She was patient, thorough and provided a lot of insight. However, I was very disappointed with my meeting with the doctor. He was in and out within 2 minutes, told me our child had a tongue tie, lip tie and two cheek ties. He did not explain why we should go forward with the procedure but just said we needed to schedule the procedure. If every doctor’s office ran like this one the world would be a better place! From the moment you walk in until you leave every staff member is friendly, attentive, and does their job with a smile. They are always on time which is a huge positive. Stefani explained things in a clear and concise manner. She is patient and calm. We really enjoyed working with her throughout the process. This place offers high quality service. The doctors and therapists are always so great with my 8 week old son. The frenectomy procedure was flawless, no issues… and the lactation advice is game changing. I appreciate this practice so much!
