We put the car in the repair shop on Monday, and then they replied to me at 6:00 pm on Friday to tell me what parts needed to be replaced. Otherwise, I would not get the parts on Monday. Very poor customer service and not knowledgeable. Lady did not understand anything about car parts. PLENTY OF PLACES IN CLINTONVILLE that are much better options. They can't even give you a ballpark estimate on something because they have no clue what they are doing . I had called multiple other places and they were able to understand within seconds. Absolutely embarassing establishment .
I never take my car ANYWHERE ELSE for service. Jocelyn and her family always take care of us, are honest about their work, and clear about what needs to be fixed. We recently found a nick in our tire (not originally from Tongda) on Christmas Eve. I called Christmas Day, and they had us in by the morning of the 26th.
