The debit card given to me was not the right one for the account. I asked for help getting it fixed, but no one ever helped me. When I tried taking $7,000 out to solve that issue on my own, I was told that I couldn’t have cash, that I’d have to spend $3 on a money order. I was finally given the money. TFCU was quick to charge me $5 on a “wrong address fee”, but I can’t charge them a $3 “ATM machine isn’t working” fee (I had to use a different bank the other day, as the TFCU ATM wasn’t working).
