Was trying to book an appointment today first thing in the morning. The receptionist named Amanda was very rude and just speaking as if she was doing a favour on me.

Hard to get an appointment but dr's are very good
I would like to thank dr mark condon for squeezing my wife and I for an appointment that went into his lunch break, to me and my wife he is probably the best doctor I’ve seen in 30 years, always listening, genuinely concerned and great humour, I truly hope he doesn’t retire too soon, I’m sure the other doctors are just as good, and the lady who does the blood tests and the secretaries always professional and cheerful, tongarah family practice is the best, cheers, Frank and Vivian
