Lovely staff great drs
Dr P chalissery she is a good doctor she helped me alot I would recommend her and her husband
Reception staff were rude to myself and also other patients in the waiting room. The doctor we saw didn’t seem interested at all in what we had to say and seemed like he just wanted us out and onto the next patient. Unfortunately now I have to travel to Shellharbour or Dapto GP’s as I am not willing to go back there. Shame as I have never had this experience with any medical facility before.
I have been seeing the absolutely amazing female doctor at Tongarra Family Practice for years and years. I feel thoroughly cared for, well informed at every visit and my health is in very capable hands at all times. I am delighted to say this is a 5 star medical practice, and highly recommended for all your famiilies medical care needs. Thankyou to the lovely team of receptionists as well. Very kind over the phone & in person.
The negative comments surprise me, I've always found the receptionists to be friendly, professional and compassionate. I've always had positive experiences with all the doctors and staff for the past 3yrs I have been going here.
