Advanced nurse rude, patronising and very unprofessional
I have never had a problem getting a appointment on the same day. Yes you have to ring at 8am but this is the same at every surgery. I think they do an amazing job with the Doctors and nurses they have and have 1000s of patients on their records. Not seen Dr Moulson for a while but I'm sure if I requested to see her it wouldn't be a problem. Only thing is they really could do with more permanent Doctors so you don't have to see different Doctors all the time. Been with this surgery for 35 years and don't think I'd change. Th... read more
