Visited after suffering a migraine for 7days straight (possibly TMJ related). Dr Lee suggested a full treatment - cupping & acupuncture (first time for both), and could not believe the relief. I have and will recommend to all, and will be back. The only downfall was the treatment room I was in was located near the reception/counter, making it hard to "relax" when you can hear all the banter. Nonetheless, the intended treatment works
TERRIBLE! I called to make an appointment and they said just walk in. So I walk in the next day and told they are full! What a ridiculous way to run a business. People book in when they are in pain and need to be seen!!!
Dr Lee and Dr Adrian are kind and knowledgeable practitioners with no fault. However, the receptionist Linda has an attitude problem that needs to be addressed. She always has a patronising tone and doesn't say hi or show any manners, particularly when she has to do her job, it looks like we are hassling her! It is unfortunate that such a great clinic is being let down by someone who is not even practising TCM, but we won't be going back so long as she is there.
